   All prices listed on our website are in Canadian dollars and do not include taxes or shipping fees. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
3. Payment
   Ebramus Auto Parts Inc. accepts payments through major credit cards and debit cards. All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. 
4. Delivery
   Ebramus Auto Parts Inc. provides delivery services across Canada and the USA. The delivery fee will be calculated based on the customer’s location and the weight of the order. The delivery fee is non-refundable.
5. Returns and Exchanges
   If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of delivery, provided that the item(s) have not been used and are in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Ebramus Auto Parts Inc. is not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during the return shipment. If the item(s) are used or damaged, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
6. Warranty
   Ebramus Auto Parts Inc. provides a warranty on all our products against defects in material and workmanship. The warranty period is 14 days from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover damage due to improper installation, misuse, or accidents.
7. Limitation of Liability
   Ebramus Auto Parts Inc. is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use or inability to use our products or services. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product or service.
8. Governing Law
   These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of Quebec, Canada.
